Custom Knowledge BASE Chatbot DEMO

This use case is based on a fictional solar energy company named Sam’s Solar. I built a custom Solar chatbot assistant demo, called Sam’s Solar Support Assistant, and I programmed it to provide accurate, concise, and helpful responses to user inquiries based on a knowledge base.

The responses should guide users through understanding Sam’s Solar services, installation processes, product options, and any other queries they might have about Sam’s Solar solutions. While conversions are not a primary goal, ensuring user satisfaction through informative and supportive interactions is paramount.

Social Media Content Automation

A Real Estate Agent was looking to reach a wider audience in Facebook & attract more potential buyers. The project consisted of a Make.com automation that would extract information based on an RSS feed, scrape that data, feed it to OpenAI ChatGPT for tailored content, & send that data by adding a row to a spreadsheet. The client can approve or not approve an article to post on Facebook. Created a webhook to check for changes on the sheet. If it is approved, it will create a post in Facebook Pages.

This automation simplifies the content to post and reaches a wider audience.

Solution: Fill out a form with relevant data, scrape the data, generate tailored content through OpenAI API, and create the final document.
